MP/MLA court recorded the statement of plaintiff no. 2 of the plaintiff in the case filed by Congress-S against Swami Prasad Maurya for making indecent remarks against Hindus and Hindu religion

Varanasi. Dr. Savita Poonam, National General Secretary of Samata Samajwadi Congress Party (Congress - S.) and Rajkumar Singh, Convener of Vishwa Hindu Personal Law Board, Purvanchal Region, met Swami Prasad, former Minister - MLA of Uttar Pradesh and National General Secretary of Samajwadi Party.  During his speech given by Maurya in a program organized in Hardoi, he described the person demanding Hindu nation as completely anti-constitutional and anti-national and also made indecent remarks on Hindu Gods and Goddesses regarding the origin of Varna and in his speech Hindu is not a religion.  And regarding Hindu religion, Hindu means thief, despicable and lowly, registering a strong objection to this, a case was registered on 4th September in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (First)/MP/MLA Court of the Inferior Court, Varanasi, in which the former  Today under the scheduled due date, statement of plaintiff no. 2 Rajkumar Singh, convener of Vishva Hindu Personal Law Board, was recorded by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (First)/Presiding Officer of MP-MLA Court, Mr. Ujwal Upadhyay, in his statement he said that Hindu Sanatani Samaj  Had to feel embarrassed and mentally traumatized due to indecent remarks made by Swami Prasad Maurya on him.

              Chief Advocate Dr. Arvind Gandhi Advocate, party to the case, said that the court has fixed 15th November for the statement of plaintiff no. 1 Dr. Savita Poonam, National General Secretary Samata Samajwadi Congress Party (Congress - S.).
